Remodeling
Is your home just not as big as you need it to be? Does your office need to be upgraded to ADA standards? No matter the reason for your remodeling project, we have you covered. We can work with just one room or the entire building; just let us know what you need.
Roofing
Living in the Sonoran Desert, we may not have traditional “weather” in the form of four distinct seasons, but we definitely have weather. Wear and tear caused by wind, rain, and the glaring sun definitely result in damage to our Arizona roofs. Let us provide you the security you need at your home or office with a new roof. Regardless the type of roof you want (or need), we are experts in installation and service, no matter how much surface your roof covers.
Restoration
Accidents happen, and when they do, you want to get back to normal as soon as possible. We understand that it can be very nerve-wracking to deal with a disaster, whether from a burst pipe, flood, fire, or other cause. As a full-service general contractor, we help you do just that. We specialize in fire, flood, and mold restoration from the moment the issue occurs until your home is back to (better than) new. Instead of worrying, let Outreach Properties rectify the situation.
Searsport was settled in the late 18th Century and incorporated as a town in 1845. It has nearly 10 miles of coastline on Penobscot Bay, which has been a major influence on the town’s development. Sears Island, over 900 acres in size is connected to the mainland by a causeway. During Searsport’s early history, its major industry was shipbuilding and cargo handling. The seaport town was famous for its sea captains in the mid-1800’s and was once home to ten percent of all American deep-water shipmasters. These sea captains traveled the world and brought home their treasures which are on display at the Penobscot Marine Museum Today, Searsport is a quiet community of 3000 residents who enjoy a 4 season environment.
